SETUP: X1 has the ball at low post. Players 1 and 2 are on guards.
GOAL: V cuts, 1 on 1 on the ball, anticipate the player without the ball.
DESCRIPTION: X1 passes the ball to 1 and follows to play defense. 1 passes to 2 and V-cuts to get open and receive the pass back: 2 can move on his spot to find a good passing lane. 1 attacks the basket as soon as he catches the ball from 2.
GOAL: offensive player wins if he scores a basket, if he is fouled, or if he gets the rebound. Defensive player wins if he steals the ball, if he gets the rebound, if the ball goes out of bounds. Who wins the first action plays offense again the next one.

GOAL: stand shooting from different positions.
DESCRIPTION: every player shoots once, gets his own rebound and co- mes back to line. The team has to score 4 baskets in a row (without er- rors) from the first position, then they move to the second cone.
