1C1 SPRINT 2
Players 1 and 2 with balls on the side lines at the half court: two doors made with cones.
The player 1 dibble to get in the area between the two doors on his side of the court, hesitate dribbling untill he decides which door to go thru; once he made it, he needs to attack the rim on the same side tryinng to score in less time possible. The player 2 react attacking on the opposite rim using the proper door.
Switch side of the teams when all the players made it.

2 ON 1 + 2 ON 3

SETUP: players are divided in two te- ams: team A is split in two lines (one line with the ball, one line without the ball) in the corners at halfcourt.

GOAL: playing in outnumber.

DESCRIPTION: 1 and 2 attack the basket against X1. When X1 gets he ball, he attacks opposite with X2 and X3. 1 and 2 play defense in the second action. When the game is over, all players come back to the lines of their team, switching side.

GAME: play a game to 6 baskets. At the end of the game, repeat it switching teams starting on offense/defense. To have a drill more realistic, you can add some rules:
1 and 2 can do only 1 pass before every shot.
X1, X2 and X3 have 6 seconds to take a shot.

CORRECTIONS: the player with the ball must drive to the basket strongly. He passes the ball to his team mates only if X1 is helping with his chest on the line of penetration.

ATTACKING THE BASKET
(WITH COACH: CROSSOVER DRIBBLE AND FINISHING)

SETUP: 2 lines of players for each basket at half court. Every player has one ball. Assistant coach (C) is in the circle at half court.

GOAL: cuts, crossover dribble, finishing at the rim.

DESCRIPTION: player 1 dribbles on his spot at half court. He passes to assistant coach (C) when he calls the ball. After passing, player 1 cuts to the 3 point line, gets the ball back, executes a crossover drive and drives to the basket using different kind of shots (lay up, power move, floater, reverse lay up, etc.).
